GREAT BACK TO SCHOOL BLAST 2011
WE HAD AN OUTPOURING OF SUPPORT FROM
THE COMMUNITY!!
Our "Back to School Blast" sent 18 children and 2 adults to school
with the needed supplies to have a great school year.
We thank our supportors: Ms. Joni J., Marylin H., Carole J., Dodie R., Ms. Leta, Patrice H., Tunisia M., Cynthia K and Candace L.
The families of McDougal Terrace enjoyed refreshments and watched the movie "Waiting for Superman"
Our program consisted of the youth goal setting, learning strategies of how to be succesful in school, and parents discussing things they can do to be more active in their kids school this year.
