CARLA GREGG, Durham, NC
Rev. Carla was called to Pilgrim in August of 2005. She received her M.Div from Duke Divinity School in 2006 and was ordained by the United Church of Christ in January 2007. A native of Charlotte and graduate of Salem College, Carla has deep ties to North Carolina. Before entering the M.Div.program she worked as a case manager at a refugee resettlement agency and a domestic violence shelter
PROPHETESS INGERI CAMARA, Atlanta, GA
Ingeri has worked with women ministry for over 20 years serving as a life coach, motivational speaker and Holistic Healer. Ingeri is the founder of In Christ Ministries and a member of The Vision Church of Atlanta where Pastor O.C Allen III is her Pastor.

IRENE MONROE, Boston, MA
Rev. Irene Monroe is the Coordinator of the African American Roundtable of the Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies in Religion and Ministry (CLGS) at the Pacific School of Religion, and a religion columnist. A native of Brooklyn, Rev. Irene Monroe is a graduate from Wellesley College and Union Theological Seminary at Columbia University, and served as a pastor at an African-American church before coming to Harvard Divinity School for her doctorate as Ford Fellow.

As a syndicated queer religion columnist, Monroe columns appear across the country. She writes “The Religion Thang," for In Newsweekly, now called New England Blade.Monroe has been profiled in O, Oprah Magazine, and CNNs Paula Zahn Now, and "CNN Headline News." She was also profiled in the Gay Pride Episode of "“In the Life" TV” where the segment on her was nominated for an educational Emmy.She is in the film, "For the bible Tells me so," an exploration of the intersection between religion and homosexuality in the U.S. and how the religious right has used its interpretation of the Bible to stigmatize the gay community.
AFIA WALKING TREE, Oakland, CA
Afia Walking Tree, M.Ed, PhD* is a world-class percussionist, cultural ambassador, spiritual activist, empowerment facilitator, leadership development advocate and trainer. Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, she is currently based in Oakland, California.

A self-taught musician, Walking Tree has studied and performed with many masters within West African, Afro-Cuban and Afro-Brazilian traditions. Walking Tree serves as visionary and director for her brainchild, Spirit Drumz, an international liberation movement for women and youth of all cultures that uses drums of the African Diaspora to activate empowerment and healing. Walking Tree's holistic approach to her life and work is evident in her affirmation-based sound powah transpersonal workshops and energizing performances, which empower individuals and community through percussion, ritual, dance, song, and dialogue.
