SELENA REZVANI, Philadelphia, PA
Selena has guided numerous clients through the process of assessing their workplaces and identifying strategies for transformation. Selena now focuses her consulting services on women in the workplace, providing career development coaching and corporate advisory services through her firm, NextGenWomen.
Selena wrote The Next Generation of Women Leaders while earning her MBA degree from Johns Hopkins University, where she graduated first in her class. She also holds MSW and BS degrees from New York University.

An active volunteer, Selena serves as a Regional Vice President with her favorite non-profit organization, the National Association of Women MBAs, where she works to propel more women into leadership roles.
BONNIE HARRISON, MSHS, LMHC, New York, NY
Bonnie Harrison is a well-known licensed New York City-based psychotherapist, educator, trainer and writer. She has lectured and taught at various universities and colleges, and published articles on a wide range of subjects e.g. relationships, women, healing and spirituality, HIV/AIDS, wellness and recovery. In addition, she functions as an organizational consultant. Bonnie incorporates many of the techniques and principles into her work she learned while traveling and studying throughout Africa and the Caribbean. Her work is eclectic, Africa- centered, and culturally relevant.

Ms. Harrison is the founder of The Women’s Institute for Training and Support Services, Inc. (WITSS), and BlackGrits, Coconut Water and Salsa, an international women writers’ collective.

TONYIA RAWLS, Charlotte, NC
Bishop Rawls is the Founding Pastor of Unity Fellowship Church Charlotte, and in April 2008, was consecrated as one of the first women Bishops in the Los Angeles-based Unity Fellowship Church Movement’s (UFCM) history. She consistently works at the intersections of race, class, gender, religion and sexual orientation. She is Founder of The Freedom Center for Social Justice. The Center’s focus is Wellness, Empowerment, Literacy and Cultural Diversity/Expression.

In addition to the aforementioned work, she is a Principal in the newly launched Women’s International Empowerment Zone. She and business partners Judge Shirley Fulton and Dr. Mary Howerton have created a business that helps prepare emerging women executives through innovative, strategic and professional development that readies each for the challenges and opportunities within dynamic environments.
IMANI EVANS, Atlanta, GA
Imani Evans is Founder and President of a non-profit organization for women survivors of sexual & domestic violence, Women Healing Women Inc. She has spent many years inspiring others to live with passion and advocating for those without a voice.

She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling Psychology. Imani has been a social change agent for more than 20 years, working with several non-profit agencies throughout Atlanta and New York. She is the author of "Today is the Miracle: A 30-day guide to overcoming challenges and creating miracles." Imani Evans is a dynamic speaker and performance poet who captivates audiences with passion, inspiration and humor.
